Built well. Back Properly

Quality doesn’t stop at handover. It continues long after you move in.

“Quality” is easy to say. It is harder to define.

For Kingston Group, quality means homes built carefully, priced transparently and supported beyond completion. It means working with trusted subcontractors we know well and holding ourselves accountable long after the keys are handed over.

This the standard we work to. We want you and your home to feel solid and well cared for.

Maintaining Our Standards

What does quality mean at Kingston Group?

Quality means disciplined construction, clear documentation and long-term accountability. It is not just how the home looks on handover day, but how it performs over time.

Who carries out the work on your homes?

We work with trusted subcontractors we have long-standing relationships with across Waikato. These are trades we know, who understand our standards and are accountable to them.

How do you ensure workmanship standards are ALWAYS met?

Each home is assigned a dedicated project manager who oversees the build from start to finish. They are responsible for quality control, coordination of trades and ensuring work is completed to the defined specification before progressing to the next stage. Work is reviewed, documented and signed off throughout the process.

What happens if something is not right?

If an issue arises, we address it. Urgent structural, plumbing or electrical matters are handled immediately. Cosmetic or minor items are reviewed through scheduled inspections.

What support is provided after completion?

Every home includes a structured 12-month maintenance period with scheduled 3-month and 12-month inspections. We remain accountable beyond handover.
