What happens on the free 15 minute call?
You’ll chat directly with Pete from Kingston Group. We’ll do a quick review of your property, look at what’s possible, and talk through any early ideas or challenges. There’s no cost, no pressure, and no jargon, just real advice about your property’s potential. It’s a relaxed, no-pressure chat designed to uncover opportunity and give you clarity.
What ARE THE Next Steps AFTER THE call?
If we see genuine potential and you’re keen to explore further, you can choose to commission a PDP Report. Normally valued at $2,000, we’re currently offering it for $1,499. That report includes zoning checks, concept options, estimated costs, and potential returns, giving you a clear, professional strategy to move forward. We'll have a follow up call/meeting to rewiew the document and look into next stages.
HOW LONG DOES THE PDP STAGE TAKE?
Once we’ve got your go-ahead and recieve payment, the full PDP usually takes around three weeks. That gives us time to research, model, and present everything clearly so you can make informed decisions.
WHAT IF I WERE TO CHOOSE TO DEVELOP WITH KINGSTON GROUP?
If you decide to take things further, that’s when we move into the resource consent and development phase. This is the stage where ideas start turning into action.
Kingston Group will walk you through every part of it, concept refinement, design, council processes, and budgeting, so you don’t get tangled in costs, red tape, or uncertainty.
You’ll have a clear plan, the right people beside you, and a trusted process to take your project from potential to reality.
